Is consent to establish required to be obtained from PCB (MPPCB) to setup wind turbines. If, any one having such information/guideline, pl. let me know.

By PCB you mean pollution control board I guess and yes clearance will be needed to the best of my knowledge-that said you will get more info from C-Wet (Center for Wind energy tech) in Chennai.You will get further details here http://www.cwet.tn.nic.in/

Dear,

CTE is locational cleareance for setting up any kind of units or industries at any location hence it is always required as per the legal provision made under the water act P&CP 1974 , Air act P&CP 1981.

Sir,I am asking about the clearances required to set up Biomass,Hydro, or Wind Projects in particular with Environment clearances.
