I think this technology has already been used for food preparation etc. at the LARGE Kitchen of Shri Shri SHIRIDI SAI BABA at Shiridi. But I m not sure. 

Already for drying coconuts, chillies, and many other food products we have a product called solar tunnel dryer and it is very much successful
