Impact of Dewater quality on Sea Water

I am working on a Tunneling Project wherein there is large generation of dewater from the excavation of shafts and tunnels.
I would like to know the effect of increase in loads of Oil & Grease (200% )and Turbidity(30%) on the receiving body i.e. Sea.

Kindly share your rich experiences.
