Fly ash management form thermal power plants

Fly ash from thermal power plants utilisation in some cases whre the cement plants are situated it is fine. where there are no cement plants it becoms difficult for the utilisation. Further the governament agencies do not follow the Ministry of Environment and Forest for fly ash utilisation. Presently thre are no special incentives as the ash has to be given free of cost to any body who approaches the utility. The best way is to utilise by all governament agencies to stop using clay and all land fillings can be done by fly ash. It needs district and town level management which is lacking
