Paper is basically cellulose. It is manufactured with celloulosic materials such as paper waste, cotton waste, agricultural sources etc. Those material which contains gummy materials such as bamboo must be processed to remove gum and effluents cause environmenotal damage. Hand Made Paper is made from wastes from cotton textile mills, agro wastes etc., thus less polluting. It also saves trees and ensures more employment generation. The attached article narrates problems created by Government by changing textile policy. We must discuss and solve it.
