Business Opportunity-Carbon Development Mechanism in Oman

There is a business opportunity in Oman - requirement of a CDM company. This is for sludge separation. Today it is burnt using fossil fuel and to arrest the hydrocarbon discharge, the oil major is looking for a new process to do the sludge separation through new methods. Pl note that I am not expert in this area and I got this opportunity . If there is an interest after we finalise our understanding, I can pitch the company with the opportunity and swing the deal. Looking for companies in this field to come to Oman. Pardon my ignorance on this subject.
