Bamboo is one of the finest growth that take place in abundance in north India, specifically in Assam & Manipur region & it is their basic bread earner. Bamboo is having a smart long fiber which are very soft and can be use for making fine fabric along with cotton, the fabric known as bamboo fabric and that is used for shirting.

Other use of Bamboo in making HOMES for the poor with most recent development in its property from architectural point of view. It is also use for making flooring after suitable treatment to create a glorious outlook to the floor and the buildings. It is also use for cultural activities and making toys and carvings.
