- Profound knowledge and practical work experience (minimum 7 years), with participatory planning and extension approaches in India,
- Profound experience in the application of training methods and techniques,
- Work experience with the formation of groups for agricultural extension,
- Experience in the organization and implementation of training activities, in particular dialogue forums, seminars, workshops,
- Profound knowledge of monitoring and evaluation.
